Concerts in the Park
The concerts in Lafayette Park provide a vibrant atmosphere in the summer where neighbors and visitors alike gather to enjoy live performances under the open sky. Families and friends come together to share in experience, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the delightful sounds of live music!

Fall Festival and Biergarten
The Lafayette Park Conservancy will be hosting a Fall Festival and Biergarten in the park from Noon to 4:00 pm in the Kern Pavillion area. There will be something for everyone, including face painting, balloon creations, a variety of vendors, music, beer by Urban Chestnut, and food from Steve’s Hot Dogs. It should be a lot of fun, so please plan on attending!

Lafayette Square is one of St. Louis’s most vibrant historic neighborhoods, known for its restored Victorian homes and Lafayette Park, the city’s oldest public park, established in 1836. Once a post–Civil War enclave for St. Louis’s elite, the area declined after the 1896 tornado but was revitalized beginning in the 1970s when residents launched preservation efforts. Designated the city’s first historic district in 1972, Lafayette Square today blends architectural beauty, community spirit and a deep connection to St. Louis’s past.
