What better way to spend the chilly months of winter than taking a culinary tour of France. Executive Chef Ryan Buettner will offer a three course menu designed around traditional ingredients and dishes from the various regions of France.
Beverage Director, Scott Gaghan will pair two of the three courses with French wine or beer and our staff will complete your tour with interesting tidbits and traditions from each region to round out your culinary journey.
Your tour will start in Paris and finish in Corsica just in time for us to open our rooftop fresh fish market in Spring.
